For some of you I'm sure that
sailing is all about what you get to eat. For
that reason I have included a sampling of the
menus from lunch and dinner on board the River
Adagio. There was always lots to eat and
although the foreign names make the regulars
sound a little different....they weren't quite
as we know them, but delicious just the same.
Bon Appetite!
In case you feel
adventurous and want to try making Eastern European
fare, I have included a few recipes. I ate some of
this on the street, but shied away from Kavarma
because I don't do liver unless it's fried crisp
with lots of onions!
